The NPI team investigated the beautiful US Hotel B&B in Nevada City, CA and came up with
some very interesting EVP's. Katie Bennett, the owner of the US Hotel B&B asked us to do an
investigation in order to document what she has already known since buying the hotel years
ago, The US Hotel B&B is haunted. Unlike most of our investigations, Katie embraces her
resident ghost and spirits. She feels like they are old friends here to help her care for the grand
Hotel. Here are some amazing EVP's that we captured during out investigation.

While doing the pre-investigation interview of the
US Hotel B&B, our team was joined by a guest
psychic. She was telling the owner Katie Bennett
she felt a woman had died in the room #7. You will
hear a strange voice not belonging to our group
say.. " O God, Mary..." No one heard that voice until
we checked our recorders.

While in room #8 The Hoover room, Doug and
Shane were doing some base reading with the
EMF meter. As we were leaving the room we catch
this ghostly voice on digital recorder.

We set up digital recorders to run all night in room
#1 right at the top of the stair case. At about 4am
we catch all this EVP action. Sounds like walking
on wooden floors, (No wood floors in the room)
knocking and banging, womans voices and a man
calling out to Olga.

In the same room #1 at about 4:35am we catch
more of the same. Knocking noises, poping and a
women laughing.. We also had an inferred
camera running in this room all night and no one
came into or left this room between 1am and
7:30am

Doug was working EVP's in a room and
asked, "Can you touch us?" You can hear a
voice respond back. Sounds like it's saying
