Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Growing up in the small town of Livermore Ca in the 60’s - 70’s was a wonderful experience. It was an explorers dream with the endless hills, hidden lakes and abandoned mines. Every town has its mysteries and legends and my home town was no different. It peaked an interest in me then, that still grows today. My explorers/adventurous heart and the desire to help others lead me to join the military after high school and went on to become a military police investigator. This allowed me the opportunity to add to my education by studying psychology and police science and also time to enjoy participating in sports like football, wrestling, track and field. I wasn’t half bad if I do say so myself. Today, In addition to NorCal Paranormal Investigators Inc. I work for a local auto body repair firm as an auto damage appraiser. In my spare time I like to relax and spend quality time with my friends & family, snow ski, white water raft, tennis and exploring new things.
My first personal paranormal encounter happen in the early 80’s in an apartment I was renting In Fremont Ca. I had been living there for about 5 months. One evening as I was going from the living room to the dinning area I suddenly felt all the hair on my arms and back of my neck stand up. Moments later I felt as if I was being pushing back into the living room area by an unseen force. I tried to move forward again and was pushed back another time. I spoke out to this unknown force and told it to leave and to allow me pass. My third try to pass was successful, but that was not the end. Over the next four-five months the same type of paranormal activities happened at least two-three times a week. Each time I would try to force my way forward and verbally combat the unseen force. Then as quick as it came, it left and didn’t return for the remainder of the time I was there. That opened a new door for me into the world of the paranormal investigation.
I know and understand the fears and questions people might have that experienced similar things. Not all experiences can be classified as paranormal, but a thorough investigation is needed to gain the answers. The NPI team we have today is a very special group of people who share the passion for helping others and exploring the unknown. We look forward to hearing from those who have a need for a group like ours.
